Availability and confirmation
Dates, room category, occupancy, total rate, currency, included services and payment conditions are displayed in the reservation service before confirmation. A WhatsApp or email enquiry alone does not reserve a room. Keep the confirmation issued by the booking service or hotel.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
The cancellation deadline, no-show charges, prepayment and refund conditions depend on the rate you select. Read those terms before confirming; there is no single free-cancellation period for all rooms. For a request, contact the hotel or the platform where you booked with your booking reference and dates. Refund eligibility and any fees follow your confirmed rate and applicable law; payment-provider processing times may vary.
Your stay and additional services
Check-in starts at 14:00; check-out is by 11:00. Buffet breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. Photographs show rooms within a category, so layouts vary. A bathtub or jacuzzi is available only in some Deluxe rooms; confirm specific preferences in advance. Airport transfers, tours and other services require separate confirmation and may carry additional charges.
Website use and payment
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate booking information. Room prices and availability may change until confirmed. Payment instructions and applicable security information are provided through the reservation service; this informational website does not ask you to send card details through WhatsApp or email. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact the hotel promptly if you find an error or have a complaint.
