We receive contact details, dates, guest numbers, booking references and messages when you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the reservation service. Please do not send card details, identity documents or sensitive health information through ordinary messages.
Providers and international processing
Booking links open InnConnect; WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram open external services governed by their own privacy notices. Relevant information may be shared with hosting, communication, reservation and requested transfer providers, and competent authorities where legally required. Cloudflare infrastructure and, when permitted, Google services may process technical data abroad. Cross-border processing is subject to the applicable safeguards in KVKK Article 9; choosing an external link is not blanket consent to all processing.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is retained for the purpose of answering and following up your request; reservation and financial records are retained for the applicable legal periods and claims requirements. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether and how your data is processed, learn recipients, request correction or deletion where the conditions apply, request notification of such actions to recipients, object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send a written request to the address below or use an application method permitted by the KVKK application communiqué. Email or phone can be used to ask how to apply; identity verification may be necessary. Requests are answered within the statutory period, at most 30 days.
